Tonya, you've highlighted something every leader eventually confronts: if you don't define your narrative, others will define it for you. But sustaining that narrative requires more than visibility, it requires consistency between what you say, what you do, and what others experience. A reputation can be shaped by messaging, but it's ultimately sustained by credibility. That's where narrative becomes influence rather than simply promotion.
